Infectious diseases in dogs
Unfortunately, even timely vaccinations do not provide 100% protection against infectious diseases. Everyone knows that the human influenza virus mutates every year, for each group you need your own drug … In the same way, the canine sores viruses become resistant to vaccines and can provoke your pet’s illness, despite the vaccination. A prolonged (more than three days) refusal to eat, the depressed state of your dog, a rise in temperature are undoubted signs that you need to visit a veterinarian. You can, of course, write that vomiting and diarrhea indicate infection with enteritis. Purulent discharge from the eyes and photophobia are signs of plague carnivores. But plague can be pulmonary (accompanied by a dry cough, fever), and skin (very similar to simple scabies), and intestinal (vomiting, diarrhea – all signs of enteritis), and not just nervous. Hepatitis is also a very serious and insidious disease. The feces are bright orange, the pale mucous membranes of the eyes and mouth indicate exactly this disease. There is also adenovirus. Symptoms of this disease are an arbitrary combination of the symptoms of all the above infections. Only a veterinarian can diagnose and prescribe an effective treatment regimen. The fact that vodka will put your dog on its feet is not true. With the same enteritis or intestinal form of the plague, it will only burn the already inflamed mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines. If you already use “folk” means, add in the vodka raw egg white and a little bit of honey. If it does not help, then at least it will not cause harm.
