American Bulldog
Representatives of the breed of modern American bulldogs appeared relatively recently, but this variety was bred on the basis of the oldest breed, the first mention of which was encountered many centuries ago. The ancestors of the modern American bulldog were real, so-called “old bulldogs”, which were brought into the US by immigrants from the Old World.Breed received recognition in America only in the 80s of the last century, because its representatives have established themselves as excellent guards, athletes and excellent companions.
